Operator and eligibility
ARC SET is operated by ZIJING XIANG. ARC SET is a training and coaching management platform for people aged 18 or older. By registering or using an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
ARC SET 由 ZIJING XIANG 个人运营。ARC SET 是面向年满 18 周岁用户的训练与教练管理平台。注册或使用账号，即表示你同意本条款并已阅读隐私政策。
Accounts and connections
Students and Coaches must provide accurate account information and keep passwords and verification codes private. Use only an account you are authorized to access. Student registration and recovery use verified email; an existing ARC SET ID may also be available as a sign-in option. A Coach invitation requires the Student’s explicit acceptance. A relationship does not grant a Coach access to all Student data or another Coach’s workspace.
学员和教练须提供准确的账号信息，妥善保护密码与验证码，并仅使用自己获授权的账号。学员注册与恢复使用已验证邮箱；已有 ARC SET ID 也可能作为登录方式。教练邀请需要学员明确接受。指导关系不会让教练获得学员全部数据或其他教练工作区的访问权。
Training and health
Coaches are responsible for the plans, advice and guidance they provide. Students should train according to their own circumstances and stop or seek qualified help if an activity is unsafe. ARC SET organizes training information; it does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
教练对自己提供的训练计划、建议和指导负责。学员应结合自身情况训练；若活动不安全，应停止并寻求合格专业人员帮助。ARC SET 用于管理训练信息，不提供医疗诊断或治疗，也不能代替合格医疗专业人员的建议。
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, access another person’s account or data without authorization, interfere with security or operations, or upload malicious, unlawful or infringing material. Use invitations and connections only for genuine coaching relationships.
不得滥用服务、未经授权访问他人账号或数据、干扰安全或运行，也不得上传恶意、违法或侵权内容。邀请和连接仅应用于真实的指导关系。
Your content
You are responsible for the training information, notes and media you submit and must have the rights needed to submit them. You give ZIJING XIANG a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide ARC SET’s features and the access you authorize. This does not transfer ownership of your content.
你对提交的训练信息、笔记和媒体负责，并须拥有提交所需权利。你仅授予 ZIJING XIANG 为提供 ARC SET 功能及你授权的访问所必需的有限、非独占的存储、处理和展示许可；这不会转移你对内容的所有权。
Connections, suspension and deletion
When a Coach–Student connection ends, that Coach’s access to the Student’s private runtime data ends; the Student retains their completed personal history. ARC SET may restrict access for misuse or security reasons, subject to applicable law. The App provides password-confirmed account deletion under Profile → Account & Security. Student deletion clears their personal data under the deletion process. Coach deletion does not delete Student identities, Body data or completed Student history. See Account Deletion.
教练—学员关系结束后，该教练对学员私有运行数据的访问终止；学员保留已完成的个人历史。对于滥用或安全问题，ARC SET 可在适用法律范围内限制访问。App 在「我的 → 账号与安全」提供需要密码确认的账号删除。学员删除按流程清理个人数据；教练删除不会删除学员身份、身体数据或已完成历史。详见账号删除说明。
Availability and intellectual property
Features or availability may change, and maintenance or service interruptions may occur. ARC SET does not promise uninterrupted access. The ARC SET name, App, design and software remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not grant a right to copy or misuse them.
功能和可用性可能变化，维护或服务故障也可能造成中断；ARC SET 不承诺服务始终不中断。ARC SET 名称、App、设计和软件受适用的知识产权保护；本条款不授予复制或滥用这些内容的权利。
Singapore law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you have a concern, contact support@arcsetfitness.com so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
本条款受新加坡法律管辖。如有疑虑，请联系 support@arcsetfitness.com，以便我们尝试解决。这不限制你依据适用法律享有的权利。
