How to request deletion
For both Student and Coach accounts, go to Profile → Account & Security → Delete Account in the App. Confirm your current password, review the impact for your account, and make the final deletion confirmation. This website does not collect passwords or submit deletion requests.
ARC SET 由 ZIJING XIANG 个人运营。学员和教练均可在 App 中前往「我的 → 账号与安全 → 删除账号」，验证当前密码、阅读账号对应的删除影响并最终确认。本网页不会收集密码或提交删除请求。
After you confirm
Normal account access ends, active sessions and tokens are revoked, and you are signed out. Data cleanup continues after the request; storage operations may need a safe retry. Account access is not restored because cleanup takes additional time.
确认后账号停止正常访问，活跃会话与令牌被撤销，你会退出登录。数据清理会继续进行；存储操作可能需要安全重试，但不会因此恢复账号访问。
Deleting a Student account
Coach connections end and pending invitations are cancelled. The Student’s credentials and personal profile, plans, completed and unfinished workouts, sets (including weight, repetitions and RPE), Body/Progress, avatar and Student workout media are cleared through the deletion process. Independent Coach accounts are not deleted.
学员删除账号后，教练连接结束、待处理邀请取消。学员的凭据与个人资料、计划、已完成及未完成训练、组数（包括重量、次数和 RPE）、身体与进度、头像和训练媒体按删除流程清理。独立的教练账号不会被删除。
Deleting a Coach account
The Coach’s sessions and workspace access end. Pending invitations, active Coach–Student connections, Coach-private content and Coach avatar are removed. Student accounts, their Body/Progress and completed personal workout history remain with the Students. Historical Coach attribution may be displayed as “Former coach.”
教练删除账号后，其会话和工作区访问结束；待处理邀请、有效指导关系、教练私有内容和教练头像被清理。学员账号、身体与进度及已完成的个人训练历史仍由学员保留。历史教练归属可能显示为「Former coach」。
Records and backups
Limited operational metadata may remain to document and verify a deletion. Backups and security records are handled under their applicable lifecycle and legal obligations. No immediate removal from every backup or fixed backup-deletion deadline is promised.
为记录和核验删除，可能保留有限的运维元数据。备份及安全记录按适用的生命周期和法律义务处理。这里不承诺立即从所有备份中移除，也不承诺固定的备份删除期限。
