Operator and eligibility
ARC SET is operated by ZIJING XIANG. This policy covers the ARC SET App and related support. ARC SET V1 is for people aged 18 or older.

Information we process
Account information includes verified email, display name, ARC SET ID where assigned, account role, Coach workspace membership and account preferences. Authentication and security data includes password credentials, email verification and recovery challenges, sessions, tokens and security events. Invitations identify a proposed Coach–Student connection and its target; a new Student may use an expiring invitation credential during registration.

Training information includes Coach–Student relationships, plans, exercises, workout sessions and completed history, actual sets, weight, repetitions and RPE. Student personal information can also include Body and Progress records, avatars and workout photos. Support communications are processed when you contact an approved channel. Technical and operational records may include request, error, security and deletion-audit metadata needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

Why we use this information
We use account and authentication data to register and verify identities, provide sign-in and recovery, and protect the service. Invitations and relationships enable a Student to explicitly connect with a Coach. Plans, workouts, Body/Progress and media support training, permitted coaching views and the Student’s own history. Limited operational records support reliability, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and deletion verification.
账号与认证数据用于注册和验证身份、登录与恢复，以及保护服务。邀请和指导关系用于让学员明确连接教练。计划、训练、身体与进度及媒体用于训练服务、获准的教练视图和学员自身历史。有限的运维记录用于可靠运行、防止滥用、排障与删除核验。
Student, Coach and relationship access
A Student has one global identity and personal records. Each Coach workspace has separate private content. A Coach may access Student information only through an active relationship and within the App’s permissions. Adding another Coach does not automatically share another Coach’s plans, private notes or history, or the Student’s global Body data. When a relationship ends, that Coach’s access to private Student runtime data ends. The Student keeps their own completed history.

Service providers and international processing
ARC SET uses Cloudflare Workers to run the service, Cloudflare D1 for its database, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, Resend to deliver account and invitation emails, and Cloudflare Email Routing to receive support and privacy messages. Apple provides the iOS and App Store platform through which the App is distributed. Service providers may process information to host, secure, deliver and operate ARC SET. Information may be processed outside your country where necessary. We use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law; we do not claim that all processing occurs in one country.

Account deletion
In the App, deletion requires the current password, an impact review and final confirmation. The account is then locked against normal use and sessions and tokens are revoked. Student deletion ends Coach relationships and pending invitations and clears personal profile, workouts and sets, Body/Progress, avatar and Student workout media. It does not delete Coach accounts.
在 App 中删除账号需要验证当前密码、查看删除影响并最终确认。之后账号停止正常使用，会话与令牌被撤销。学员删除会解除指导关系和待处理邀请，并清理个人资料、训练与组数、身体与进度、头像及学员训练媒体；不会删除教练账号。
Coach deletion ends workspace access and connections and removes Coach-private data. Student global identities, Body/Progress and completed personal workout history remain. Historical attribution may show “Former coach.” See Account Deletion for the user-facing steps.
教练删除会终止工作区访问和指导关系，并清理教练私有数据。学员的全局身份、身体与进度数据以及已完成的个人训练历史仍保留。历史归属可能显示为「Former coach」。用户操作步骤见账号删除说明。
Retention and backups
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, legal and operational purposes. Deleted-account data is removed according to the account-deletion process described here. Limited operational, security, legal or backup records may remain where reasonably necessary or required. Backup copies are handled under applicable retention and disaster-recovery processes; deletion does not mean immediate permanent removal from every backup. We do not promise a fixed backup-deletion deadline.

Your choices and privacy questions
You can manage Coach connections in the App and request account deletion through Profile → Account & Security. You may ask for access to or correction of your personal data through the verified privacy contact, subject to identity checks and applicable law. Do not send passwords, verification codes or invitation credentials.
你可以在 App 中管理教练连接，并通过「我的 → 账号与安全」申请删除账号。你也可以通过经验证的隐私联系方式请求查阅或更正个人数据；请求须经过身份核验并受适用法律约束。请勿发送密码、验证码或邀请凭据。
Public website
The public website has no account forms or advertising scripts. Cloudflare may add a Web Analytics beacon to public pages and process limited page-view and performance metrics. Website hosting may also generate technical access and security logs. These records are handled under the retention principles above.
